If you want to know if Nina is in your insurance network, please call your insurance and give them her name and NPI (1073292181)- they will be able to tell you
Self Pay
Self pay appointments are $50. If you have insurance and Nina is not in your network, other orders (bloodwork, imaging, medicines) can still be run through your insurance.
The price of self pay visits may change, but will not be >$100.
Lab and imaging costs depend on where orders are sent. Nina can send lab orders wherever the patient desires.
